Jesus tells us that our lives are more than food and our bodies are more than clothing. Almost the entirety of Jesus’ time on earth is spent fixing and feeding and holding and weeping and walking and exorcising.
So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring worries of its own. Today’s trouble is enough for today.”
What is it that you need, not just what you want but what you need? What is making life unbearable for you in this moment? What is it that you have? What do you have to give away that you’ve been holding onto that you think might could be a gift for this community?
