GoRaleigh (formerly CAT) runs buses past Raleigh Mennonite on Sundays, so it is possible to get to our Sunday worship service using public transportation from locations within the Raleigh City limits.
- The #3 bus goes from Moore Square Transit Center in Downtown Raleigh and stops near Hope Elementary School / Building for Hope at Cedar Street and Harp Street. Ask the driver to let you off at this stop. Walk straight ahead, as the bus goes, to Blount Street and turn left. You will pass Pilot Baptist Church. Our building will be the next one on the right. On Sunday Route #1 buses leave Moore Square every hour on the hour, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- When leaving our meeting place, you can take the #3 bus at the corner of Blount and Poplar, near the mini-park. The #3 bus leaves here at 30 minutes past the hour on Sundays. Also you can walk down Poplar street to Wake Forest Rd and take the Route #1 bus to Moore Square. This bus would leave the corner of Poplar and Wake Forest about 17 and 49 minutes past each hour. It will take you about 7 minutes to walk to the stop. Also, one of us would be glad to help you get back to Moore Square or to other destinations.
- If you take the #1 bus, Capital Boulevard from the north , get off at Wake Forest and Poplar and walk east (right from the direction the bus goes, if you take the bus from North Raleigh) two blocks to the corner of Blount and Poplar.
