Along with our monthly financial offering, we will also collect food for the Urban Ministries food pantry. Especially needed this month are dried beans (kidney, black, pinto, etc.). Another option is to donate a Basic Bag, which is always needed and appreciated. To donate a Basic Bag, place ALL of the following items in a paper bag and label it "BASIC BAG":
2 cans beans (kidney, pinto, black, etc - NOT green beans)
2 cans applesauce (each 24 oz or larger)
2 cans tomatoes
1 can carrots
2 boxes macaroni & cheese
1 box of grits
2 boxes powdered milk (each 9.6 oz or more)
1 bag dry beans
1 bag rice
1 jar peanut butter
