Small Groups
Small groups provide an opportunity to connect with others in the church who want to explore their Christian faith in an intimate setting. Through the Small Group Ministry, we develop deep and lasting connections with people and articulate our personal beliefs in an environment of trust and intimacy.
RMC Small Groups:
- Include 6-12 people.
- Comprise covenant members and non-covenant members alike.
- Meet approximately twice a month.
- Decide as a group what they will study.
- Agree to a covenant which may include elements such as agreements of respect and privacy, attendance, time-keeping, structure, nurture, etc.
The RMC Small Group coordinator will help direct you into a group that meets your schedule, your desired location, and your desired topic of study.
