July11, 2008 —Master drummer Bill Nathan, a former child slave in Haiti, will share his experiences and give a drumming demonstration at Ten Thousand Villages on Sunday, July 27, at 1:30 p.m. Nathan studied drumming in Haiti, Gambia, Senegal and Brazil and has performed with Chuck Davis of the African American Dance Ensemble. | ||
